Vice Chairman of Committee I of Indonesia’s Regional Representative Council (DPD RI), Bahar Buasan, officially received his Doctorate in Police Science after successfully defending his dissertation at STIK-PTIK Jakarta. His research focused on strengthening regional security through collaboration between police, local government, and MSME empowerment in the Bangka Belitung Islands.
